AFFIRMATIONS

Affirmations are the act of affirming that things are getting better and are good even in times when we are not feeling that way. Affirmations are not IF statements but statements affirming what we want. Our brains can be reprogrammed from thinking negatively to thinking positively through affirmations.

What we think about ourselves we become and so we want to speak life and love over ourselves instead of death and negativity. Affirmations can improve our mental, physical, and emotional health. Some positive affirmations to start are I love myself, I believe in myself, I am worthy, I am enough, and I am strong!

FORGIVENESS

​Forgiveness is freeing yourself from the mental and emotional prison you have been living in. Forgiveness is a choice. Forgive ourselves for what we have allowed and carried, and we forgive others for the hurt, pain, and trauma they have caused. Forgiveness opens you up to beautiful new beginnings. You will gain a sense of peace when you allow yourself to forgive.

​Meditation is the concentration on breathing and repeating a positive phrase or mantra with the goal of increasing clarity, spiritual awareness, and relaxation. Meditating is intentional and peaceful. Meditation has been around for thousands of years and is used by many people of different backgrounds. Meditation has many benefits such as enabling the body to heal itself.
